The Fairy’s Tale Terms and Conditions

The Fairy’s Tale promise to offer the highest level of service to our customers and have set the following terms and conditions. These terms are to safeguard our customers as well as our staff and company and we aim to be as fair as possible. We ask that all customers read these terms before they make a booking as a cleared deposit payment and completed booking form will be taken as acceptance of our terms and conditions. Services Provided at The Fairy’s Tale

Booking Terms and Conditions

(a) Your booking is only secured when we are in receipt of cleared payment of the required deposit, as a minimum requirement, and this will be considered acceptance of The Fairy’s Tale Ltd.’s terms and conditions.

(b) Full payment is due at least one week before your party or booking.

(c) Details on any food allergies or special requests must be given to us at least one week prior to your booking, we will not be able to facilitate any special

dietary requirements on the day of your party.

(d) It is the responsibility of the party host to ensure that any allergies to our beauty products are indicated to The Fairy’s Tale staff so that product ingredients can be checked.

(e) Please ensure that your final numbers are with us two weeks before the party, the food table will be set up for this amount ONLY and we cannot facilitate additional numbers on the day without prior agreement from The Fairy’s Tale Ltd in writing.

(f) If you require our party bags then these must ordered at least one week prior to your party. These are an ADD ON item only and are not included in your

package as standard.

(g) Please ensure you have read our ‘Useful Information’ page on our website and understand what to expect on the day of your party.

Payments, refunds, and cancellation policy

(a) A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Should you need to cancel your booking then The Fairy’s Tale Ltd require 30 days written notice. Your deposit will not be refunded but may be transferred to an alternative date, within one year of the original booking date. Should you have any exceptional circumstances less than 30 days before your party then a cancellation request must be made in writing and will be reviewed on an individual basis.

(b) Should The Fairy’s Tale Ltd be unable to fulfil your complete booking due to circumstances beyond our control such as, but not limited to, severe weather conditions, then your deposit and any further payments will be refunded in full.

On the day of your party

(a) The Fairy’s Tale Ltd reserves the right to replace an entertainer in cases of emergency.

(b) We would require at least one adult, not including The Fairy’s Tale staff, to be present throughout your party unless otherwise agreed with The Fairy’s Tale prior to your booking.

(c) We may occasionally take photographs for our Facebook page and website, please let us know at the time of your party if you do not wish for us to do so.

(d) We will play a range of suitable party music at the party. Should you have any special music requests we will endeavour to fulfil these but cannot guarantee them. We are happy for you to supply a pre prepared music playlist of your choice on an iPod which we will play on our docking system.

(e) As the party host, we ask that you are responsible for the conduct of the guests at the party. Any child with unacceptable or boisterous behaviour will be asked to leave the Party Room. You will be responsible for any damage or breakages to any of our equipment and may be charged. The safety of the children is the responsibility of the party host.

Products Purchased from The Fairy’s Tale Boutique

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.​

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Boutique Refunds and Returns

We have a 30-day return policy for items purchased via our website or boutique, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will

also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at office@thefairystale.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty

products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about

your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Please contact us at office@thefairystale.co.uk or visit us in store to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded back onto your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for this to show on your account.
